Hi fellow art and craft lovers,
My name is Ronelle and I am a craft fanatic. For the past few years, I had been spending most of my free time working on DIY crafts and my collection at home had been steadily growing.
In late 2013, my hubby came up with the idea of creating a website to document all the creative crafts I do at home. Not only will this become a personal diary of my work, it also gives me an opportunity to share my knowledge with people around the world.
Here’s a little history for those who are interested to know. The name, BunnyPiglet, is actually derived from the pet names of my hubby and me when we first started dating. Before the creation of this site, I had already been using this nickname for my account at Instagram and I decided to continue using the same name for my website too.
In some of the craft projects that you see on this website, I won’t credit myself as the founder or first person who came up with the fundamental ideas behind it. Yep, I didn’t invent scrapbooking, knitting or carving. What I had done is to build upon the ideas inspired by what I see and touch in everyday life.
In fact, I am definitely not a know-it-all because I am constantly learning and experimenting on new things. In the same way, you don’t necessarily have to be an expert at something just to have fun with doing it. What I would encourage you to do is, to learn and apply your creativity with your new skills.
